Rank Recast is the public brand and assumed name of Muscott Digital, LLC (“we”, “us”). We operate rankrecast.com and the Rank Recast client dashboard. This policy describes what we collect when you use the website, request an audit, or become a client.

Information we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, business name), Google Business Profile information you choose to connect or audit, billing details processed by Stripe, and standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To run audits and reports, deliver the monthly Google Business Profile service, process payments, send service email, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe. Audit and dashboard services run on infrastructure we operate under the Rank Recast brand. Email may be sent through our domain. Analytics, if enabled, is used to understand site usage — not to sell ads.

Retention and rights

We keep client and billing records as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@rankrecast.com.
